credit card question past due

Due to PDLS, I am currently 1 month past due on all credit cards. I understand this hurts my credit, but that's not the issue now. I HAVE to pay these PDLS off, as they are causing MAJOR issues for my life. If I skip my credit card payments for at least another month - 2 months, I can pay them off. Here's my question...What will I be facing with the credit cards after being that far past due? Will really need to payoff these PDLS. Do Credit card company's garnish wages??? Thanks I just have to get this figured out. Reny

2 months past due isn't too bad. When you get 90 days (3 months)past due you will be sent to collections. I would contact your CC company and ask them if you can defer a payment in order for you to not be assessed late fee's. worst case scenario is that you are assessed late fee's, the default interest and over the limit fee's if applicable.
