Hi, I need to pay off my outstanding balance on my SRJ account, but I was wondering if I could do this online or by post, but I am struggling to contact them at the moment on the Internet. I do not have a working phone at the moment to do it on the phone and no letters from the SRJ to reply to in the house. Their website states that clents can pay online, but I cannot work out how to do that

hello im paying a debt off at £20 a month but dont know what its for or my balance can you help
