What happens if you just keep ignoring them?

They are horrible to say the least. I fell for their tricks and they are trying to force me to pay of a 20 years private student loan (I just graduated a year ago) in less than 4 years. They got 1200 from me on the first phone call and threatened to take me and my sick aunt(co-signer) to court unless I allowed them to take 450 a month out of my account. They said they would lower the payments after I continuously paid for six months. I was SO scared that I have been scraping by for the last six months while they screwed up and took out the money at the wrong times. I can't tell you how many times they took out payments early and screwed up my bank account. When I called them in June to plea with them about how I needed them to lower the payments, they said if anything they were going to raise them. I told them I couldn't afford them to keep auto-drafting my account. Well they continued to do so and sent my bank account including overdraft fees and now the daily fee of being negative to close to 700 dollars. I have no idea what to do but believing their lies has ruined my life financially.
