I see lots of post about cash call and I know they can sue you but has anyone here or does anyone know someone that has ever been sued by them?

I've put them with T & C dmp and I'm guessing it will be a fight till the death, but I was really wondering if anyone had really been sued and what happened. Thanks Reny

Hello Imale,

I personally had never been sued by Cash Call. But I think the following two threads may help you in your quest: -
Cash Call Lawsuit
Arbitration hearing with cash call?

I hope it helps.

Bye

I use to deal with Cash Call. I was behind on payments with them for MONTHS..however, they always called to make "special arrangements" with me. Cash Call can be devious. I've never been sued by them, and I don't know if they have sued anyone. When I asked them if they would consider being under a consolidation program, they refused. My experience, with them, anyway.

I have been sued by Cash Call. When I was served, the officer told me that he had 20 other summons to deliver for Cash Call that day, and that this company seems to file in bunches . . . . . Meaning they don't seem to file unless there are enough people in your area that they can file against.

I have been sued by them. They are now garnishing my wages for $25 a pay period. I hate them.

MichelleG:

Kind of in same boat. How much did you borrow from these crooks? And how did they determine how much to garnish out of your wages? How long were you in default with them before they started to garnish your wages?
