what did you have in mind? I guess it sorta depends on the reasons you wish to sue. It would be a bit different depending on the reason youre suing.

Do you have a sample of a letter of intent, and maybe a court complaint sample that can be used to sue a mortgage company for fraud. Where as they qualified a person on a fixed income(Social Security Only) for an ajustable loan he could not afford. The Mortgage company failed to properly to due a debt to income ratio. By their greed they approved loans that otherwise should have been rejected thus causing persons to lose their homes due to forclosures. Their adjustable loans and their greed are responsible for a freind of mine losing his home. He is 72 years of age and was taken advandage of by a motgage companies greed and fraud. Before the loan, his home was free and clear. Now he may have to live in the streets.

Fraud is generally a criminal matter, not filed in a civil court, so if you believe they committed fraud then you should file a police report.
