To whom it may concern,

I have a debt that is trying to be collected from Brachfeld. They called and the rep offered me a settlement. I agreed so he said he is going to transfer me to his manager Clay who will verify the two month payment settlement. The manager verified my settlement and got my debit card info. I requested the settlement letter through e-mail they said ok. They never sent it so i contacted them and requested it again. Now they are saying their client denied the settlement and want it in full. What should I do. I need that settlement letter for a business loan.

Harvest is a junk debt buyer. Have they taken their payment yet?? If not, cancel the card (report it lost) and get a new one. Then send them a DV....how old is this debt?? When was the date of your last payment and what state do you live in??
