Hi,
There is some debt collector by the name of "Michael Brown" who is calling from 800-214-7840 and essentially making terroristic threats, even telling one individual that he is "going to take their children from them".

WHOEVER this is (and who he is working for), needs to
be tracked down and prosecuted to the FULLEST extent of the law. If you have any information as to who he/they are, please post it here.

Thanks for your help!

Wow..sounds like Mr.Brown works for the underworld not a collection agency. FTC, FBI someone needs to stop him and soon before he really does do personal injury. Seriously with those kind of remarks he could make someone sick..really.

I found a posting that suggests he works for a company called RevCare, which is receivables management for medical bills.

Did he give you the name of the company he works for?

I would definately have a tape recorder ready to go and record all his calls. Huge lawsuit which any consumer lawyer would be glad to get their hands on!
