To Whom It May Concern:
This is regarding my account with paydaymax which United Legal is collection on there behalf. After doing some research I have deem that united legal is collection on a loan that is deemed illegal by the state of Minnesota due to paydaymax not being licensed in the state of Minnesota or any state in the Us. Minnesota law states that a person only pays 15 dollars for every 100 dollars borrowed with a maximum of 360 dollars with no rollovers. Paydaymax contract I signed Is deemed null and void due to them not being licensed.. and that I am only liable paying the principle back on the loan after payments already made on it I only owe United Legal $91.00 not the full amount your company claims I owe.
I ask that your company cease and desist all collections until your company responds to this letter.. Failure to respond will result me in reporting united legal to the bbb, Minnesota and Florida attorney General office.
Please respond

I wanted to say thank you for the letter you wrote, I did the same thing and they considered my account paid in full. Thank you.
