very good.that is correct ditchdebt.now the OP needs to add to that list with an AG complaint.in fact do a search in the bar top right.there are a few threads regarding UCB on this site,and they are not complimentary.i'm guessing OP you are here because you got calls.but no letter.use the address and file the complaint.only speak to them to demand something in writing.then hang up and do not speak to them again.
