this is on my credit report just states unpaid 102.00 but does not give address or phone. I am assuming this is a collection agency, anyone familiar with them.

you should review the FCRA. It's a federal law that tells you exactly what they must include when they report on your credit file. It is very common today to find agencies incorrectly or partially reporting debts like that, and it is illegal.
