I received a phone call from phone number 1-800-351-8820 and said that they are us bank national. I looked on the forums and I see all kinds of different names. Who are these people? Has anyone had any experience with them?

Did they have a thick Indian accent? US National Bank is likely who this is. Did you ever take out a pay day loan? Did you pay it back in full? There are many many many threads here on USNB. Check this one out:

They are a bunch of collectors who break every rule in the book to collect money from anyone. There is no such thing as US National Bank. They made up that name. Just do not answer them. If you can get an attorney sue them if you can find. Slime to the Max!

Yes I have taken out a payday loan and it was paid in full. This person spoke English. I have never heard of this place before. I am going to take a look at the forum and see what I can find out on these people.

They will say things like "you will be dowloaded to the County." Just hang up on them. They will eventually go away.

This is already up in a couple of other threads, but suggest you read this. http://abcnews.go.com/Business/Story?id=5621205&page=1

They aren't collecting on a real debt. They are a scam.
