after 30 days ,..now what to do..too late to validate?

Please make your question a bit more clear. Have you already sent your debt validation letter? Are you saying that 30 days have passed by after sending DV letter? If that is so, then I think you should send a second DV letter. If they still don't validate then dispute the negative marking in your credit report with the credit bureau asking them to delete the wrong information from your CR.
