and what about the attacks by Nascar Devil at myself and others in the last few days? Oh.....he is a MODERATOR...........

Unless this is a paying website, this is a free country and professing to "ban someone" because they dared to complain against Nascar Devil (aka wanna be moderator who earns his money by "helping" but posts 1/2 answers to get more money) and not allowing anyone but moderators to assist people is actionable.

This "limited C&D" has been beat up so many times on so many forums it is getting old. "Guest" must have gotten it into his head somehow and feels the need to spread his "wealth of credit repair knowledge" on to the rest of us uninformed comsumers. Personally, I don't give a rat's a$$ if my "soft skills" don't meet his standards. I have 25 years in the service industry that say otherwise.

Please specify posts made in the last few days that attacked you or others. Links would be great

I've contacted the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trades Commision, and my state's attorney general's office. Is there any other places that I can file a report with against Vanderburg, Chase and Associates?

Guest...contact the AG in Vandenberg's state. Also, check the ACA website to see if they are members of the ACA. If they are, file a complaint with them as well.

It's amazing how these people work, I will do a police report tomorrow on them. They said that there may be someone using my social security number and call them back with a case number per the messages on my cell phone. I called them to let them know that a police record will be filed tomorrow on them 2/20/09. Just beware and let them tell you the social security number they have and It will not be yours or if it is they are the ones using it for fraud. File a police report with your local police department if possible.
