I think CACH is using forged bill of sales and I know they seek collection by harassing phone calls..that don't stop despite giving them written warnings. Their collection techniques are totally out of lline and contrary to guidelines set up by the Attorney Generals office. Very sneaky....very evasive...I wouldn't pay them until they take you to court.

I had dealings with one of the companies named above, I made payment arrangements and gave a post-dated check. The next day another woman called and refused to let me off the phone (I know, I should have just hung up on her, I was trying to be reasonable, since I do owe the debt). She said the arrangement that we BOTH agreed to was not enough. That the payments would have to be higher and that they'd have to receive the first payment within 24 hours (because after all, I own a home- her words). She also failed to tell me that it was an attempt to collect a debt until after she tried to shake me down for the phone #'s of my family and friends.
