I got an odd missed call on my work phone last night. The number is (956) 504-2115 and 800notes says it comes from "A Concerned Citizen". What gives? Anyone heard of this?

I don't think so. I called it and no one picked up. Some of the comments on 800notes and whocallsme said that they were calling at 3am, 2 am, 11pm, etc.

This person/people were calling THAT late at night/ Early in the morning? GEEZ!! Kinda strange, though, that no one answers the phone, when you call back.

Try getting over 100 calls from 33 different 956 area code numbers... here's a post I left on another site about this same thing:
I work at a company in Arizona that has many different phone numbers we use in advertisments (82 of them) and I see the caller id for anyone who calls the ad numbers, not to mention answer the calls myself. The following numbers in the 956 area code have called these numbers in the past 3 months (goes back farther than that though.) It's always the same--call is about 2 sec long and ends immediately, no one there. Most of the calls come in the middle of the night and they call multiple times. Only this last time did it come up as 'A Concern Citizen' on caller id...
Here are the numbers (all 956 area)... 33 of them: 440-1214, 364-1217, the following start with 504-: 3016, 2753, 2651, 2563, 2561, 1851, 1439, 1318, 1309, 1097, 0778, 0569. Next are 541-: 1628, 1417, 0273, 0213, 1745, 1834, 1862, 2175, 3328, 4363, 4369, 7370, 7511, 8062, 8766. Then 542-: 2204, 4167. Next 544-:0113, 0381, 0435, 0541, 1163, 3289, 5551, 5890, 5941, 6759. There are 10 more, I'm just tired of typing.
I'm getting very sick of dealing with this every day as I have to go through all the calls and delete them from our system.
How does this stop, and when? Seriously.
