I have tried calling them but their number does not work that they gave me and they keep calling a place I lived in about 8 years ago and havent used that number as mine ever.

What is your advice on how I should pay my judgement if I can not get in contact with them.

were you served?i would go in person and see what you need to do.it sounds like improper service.if that's the case you shouldbe able to have the judgement vacated for improper service.

it depends on the state.i say about being served properly because MANN BRACKEN doesn't play by the rules, and probably got a default judgement.if you weren't properly served.the judgement can be vacated.

I was able to settle with them on a BOA account after they filed an arbitration claim. They sent the letter to my parent's house where I last lived 10 years ago!!! They had been calling them non-stop and I had never used that number on that account. This place is ridiculous! But, at least I settled for 50%.

File a motion to vacate the judgment for improper venue. If you were never served, then you never had the opportunity to defend yourself.
