I've been reading the posts about budd hibbs and I even went to his website. I was just wanting to make sure I understand what he does.
So, you pay him money every month and he keeps it until he has enough to settle you debts, is that correct? What happens if a cc company won't settle what happens to your money then?
Also, how far past due does it take to write off an account? Should you try to settle before a write off or after?
NNC needs to step away from the keyboard and make some calls.I know you are losing money posting your useless drivel so why bother! You should know us old timers are not gonna allow you to mislead anyone!
If i were Nonsense's supervisor and I saw him posting messages on this forum, instead of harassing debtors and breaking every section of the FDCPA while doing so, I'd smack his fat little fingers with a ruler! Like my Kindergarten teacher used to do when we did something wrong.
Or maybe he just needs to go stand in the corner for a bit.
I hardly doubt Budd Hibbs has every single CA in the country listed on his website, as that would be a full time job in itself; keeping track of the fly-by-nights that come and go and the others that get shut down for extorting money from people and violating the FDCPA. I'm sure he's busy enough helping people that are victimized by crooked CA's to spend all his time keeping that nonexistent CA list updated.
Also, if it is so easy to seize someone's assets I think I need to seize your PC then. Keep you from annoying us with your ridiculous posts.
That would be so richly ironic for NNC to get sued over the bull-poop he posts on this website! I'm sure NNC can also be tracked down by his IP address, so it's not like he's 100% anonymous.
Can't wait to see if anything comes of this.
Hoefully, this will shut Nonsense up for a few days, or hopefully a few weeks! He'll probably lay low for a while.

I assisted Mr. Hibbs on a presentation he gave at Loyola University in New Orleans last fall helping victims of Katrina. He has written several books, been on Oprah and a zillion other radio and television shows, done a movie (Maxed Out) and worked with many lawyers across the country helping consumers. NNC must be a debt collector with an attitude because Mr. Hibbs struck me as a compassionate, knowledgeable and caring person who understands the business. He is not easily intimidated by others and happy that he can help people. I know that he does not drink (which shows how little NNC does not know) that he is not a lawyer, that he’s approved by the State Bar of Texas to teach courses to attorneys. Mr. NNC should really get his facts straight, or did Bud Hibbs cost you money or perhaps another job?
