Have you disputed with all 3 credit bureaus and Zenith verified? If so, request an investigation with Zenith per Sec 623 of the FCRA. They have 30 days to respond with supporting documentation. You said this CC was stolen. Was a police report filed? Do you still have that information? If so, redact any personal info from it(SS#) and send it with the 623 request.
