I received a reply from a CA stating the following:

We are unable to locate the debtor/account by the information you provided. Please call our office (number), or fax additional information to (number). Thank you.

As far as information listed in the letter, I gave my name address, and the account number shown on the credit report, although it has Xs it in. EX: 555XXXX is shown on the report. They should be able to look me up by name, correct?

Is this enough to file a dispute with the CRA or is more correspondence needed?

That is a failure on their part to validate the debt.
