Bureau of Collection Recovery, Inc.
MARK NEIL, Owner
Your attempt to collect a debt has become very bothersome to me and my family. I have explained the issue to your firm several times, yet your firm is determined to get its pleasure from these daily phone calls day after day. For example, I told Brian one day that your firm already have my explanation, so please leave me alone and do not call anymore. He responded sarcastically; “Oh! But we willâ€.
Your attempt to collect is legal, but when it becomes troublesome to me and my family after you’ve been told to stop bothering, then it is harassment.
Perhaps I should tell you that I had AT&T Wireless Service for many years until it merged with Cingular. Cingular charged me for Premium Text Messages that I did not authorize nor did I subscribe to that feature. I tried to get these monthly charges off my bill, but Cingular DOES NOT know who sent these messages. I tried to get help from AT&T and they referred me back to Cingular personnel. So, I unsubscribed from the Cingular-AT&T Wireless Service.
I WILL NOT PAY A PENNY FOR THE DEBT YOU ARE TRYING TO COLLECT.
Therefore, Enough is Enough! Upon your receipt of this registered letter(by mail), you and your firm will immediately stop any mean of contacting me and my family via phone, mail, email, or any other form of harassment.
