Ari,

I'm glad that you told them about your old employer. It sounds like they really put you through the ringer. How is your new job going or have you started yet?

Mishele,

My new job is going very smoothly, I'm really enjoying it there. When I did call them about Protocol, I explained to them what I was told to say that wasn't true and the backlash I got if I didn't.
If by "ringer" you mean humiliating me in front of other staff members by heckling my work ethic, and by threatening to fire me every week for building my own dialogue with people as opposed to reading that dumb script like the rest of the sheep, condescending downtalk, and further insults regarding my character, work ethic, education, AND choice of next employment, then yes they put me through the ringer. If anyone on this planet decides to file suit agaist Protocol, they will have me by their side. It has already been documented.

Wow Ari, that is really cool that you called these guys. I bet they are going to be calling you soon to testify in court. Now they will have a lot more ammo against them. I still have some letters I really need to fax to them. I think one letter I have from allied interstate, and one from a so-called law firm are definitely violating the fdcpa.

I wonder if these attorneys are getting lots of emails and calls now. Maybe we can keep checking their website...and hopefully some class action lawsuits will begin soon.

Sub: #40 I would bet my life on it! I'm sure that thses lawyers are also Sun, 02/26/2006 - 18:52

I would bet my life on it! I'm sure that thses lawyers are also looking to build their reputation to the public by bringing down enemies to the public. They will be legal heroes and give lawyers a very good name.
