Also try the customer care of this website. Their phone number is 800-601-1579 and speak to the financial coach. He will advice on your situation and recommend a good company in your area.

Welcome to the Community  If you signed up for the free credit counseling, someone from your area will contact you.
There is a "tab" at the top of your screen, that has a Ranking Chart for all the states.
As was mentioned, please check with the BBB, and also your state AG and see if they have a list of reputable companies in your area.
