You are right Stella; few changes have been made with the “ask us a free question box". Now it is showing pictures of the community members along with respective testimonials and the pictures are changing too.

The feature has been added on only one page for the time being. But we are planning to implement it all over the site. So we need more testimonials and more pictures from the community members to make the pages colorful and attractive. Keep posting your testimonial with your picture and help the community reach to more people who are in need.

Regards
Vikas

When someone submits a question in the "ask a question box", it will come up as a new topic in the forums. You can also view it as the latest thread in the 'recent forum topics' section at the left. Do you like the new concept?

I like that idea!! Some people have a hard time understanding how to post in the forum, and I think that will make it simpler for them!!

Testimonials:I cam to this site researching how to deal with a particularly basty collection agency that was trying to collect an already paid debt. As I read the site, i realized that many people had or were going through many of the same problems I had dealt with over a then fairly recent period. As I read on in the forums, I realized that if I wouod have known about the site when I too was dealing with PDL's and their nasty tactics, I would have slept better and saved money. Now even though my issues are handled, I decided to stay and help those who are going through what I once did. The sense of community and care here is amazing and I am proud to be a prt of it.

Testimonials: I came to this site by accident as I was seaching PDLs for my daughter. I sure am glad I did.

My journey started about 5 yrs ago with good credit and a few credit cards and then the wife got sick, had an operation and was off work for 6 mos. So I used the cards to rob peter and pay paul and got way behind. So I signed up for credit counseling because growing up filing for BK was a nono and in my head I said it will work out, not. Well thanks to Ameridebt it got much worse and BK I did. It took me a year before I could even think straight about what to do so on the repair path I went. It took me 3 yrs but my credit got better and the wife and I bought our first house in Feb 05. I like the warm feeling I get here when nobody judges you and everybody wants to help. So here I am to help with what knowledge I have learned along the way. Geez I haven't talked this much at one time in years. Thanks for the forum it fits me fine.

Testimonials: I found this site while doing a Google search for debt/collection agency help. And I am so glad that I did, everyone on this forum has been a great help and the best part, is that they are all non-judgemental. Someone out there has gone through a similar situation and can lend a helping hand in trying to make things right.

Testimonials: I'm new here, (just signed up today actually!) but what I am reading so far is already setting my mind at ease. This looks like a very supportive and informative forum! I'm just getting out of the UGLY pay day loan hell...it's crazy how quickly you can get into it and what a pain it is to get out of! I'm looking forward to improving my financial situation and I think info from here will really help! Hopefully in a few months I'll be a success story! I wish I had found this place sooner!

gnnssgrl---I am glad to see you have signed up and joined us on the forum. Have you spoken to a counselor yet? I agree, the payday loans are awful and difficult to control, but you have done the right place by coming here. Will you tell us some more about your debt situation?

I have just read several testimonies and am impressed, but i am not sure exactly what it is this site offers! I just found the long lost "ambassador funding" company and i am on my way to paying off my payday loans! On the other hand i want to repair my credit and get out of debt but do not know a good worthwhile company to help me out? any ideas?

Hi Marcis, this site offers free credit counseling. After you register here, someone from your area calls you and discusses about your debt accounts. After taking the free quote, you can decide whether you want to get started with their consolidation plan or just have the free counseling. Besides, you can participate in this forum and interact with the community. You might find easy solutions to a lot of your debt queries.

Hi,
The greatest thing about this site is finding out that I am not alone. I have learned so much from others in the forums in the short time that I have been here. I thank everyone for that.
I think the best thing is feeling empowered. I know I owe this debt, but I know there are laws that do protect me.
Thanks again!
