I agree.... It's so funny.... I use to come home from work, cook supper, clean up the kitchen, watch tv and go to bed, night after night. I still come home and do supper and, most times, get the kitchen cleaned up. NOW, I sit at my laptop for hours, and I mean hours.. reading the posts. I love it.. it keeps me strong.

I lost my job a couple of years ago. My credit suffered severely and I started trying to fix it and manage to raise the score a few points but its still horrible and I can't get a credit card, a car, not even an education loan for my daughter. Someone please help. I'm so lost right now, I have to get out of this mess.

What type of lenders are they? Payday loan, installment?

First off I should make sure the Payday Loan companies that I am in trouble with are illegal: United Cash Loans, Ameriloan and The worst one: Payday Yes.
Are these companies legal to loan money in Colo ? and the way Payday Yes loans work just really suck and I can't believe that I let them do this to me!!!! I got a $500 dollar loan from them and now I have paid $900 and not one single penny to prinicpal. Can you all on here Please help me figure the best way to get out of this mess ?????? That is the only debt that I am having issues with right now. Except of course the economy issues and living on one income, more goes out than what comes in. I don't think BK will work or Debt Settlement etc.. Just these payday loans

Zip 19 is threatning to garnish my wages they say they have a wage assignment form i want to know don't they or your employer have to notify you before they can garnish your wages even with a wage assignment form to let you know if they have started the process or not.

Just in case, why don't you shoot them an email like the one below, then print it out and show it to your employer. Wage assignments are voluntary and can be revoked at any time. Meanwhile, CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
