Legal Credit Card Help, LLC is a completely new approach to eliminating credit card and any other unsecured debt. We are NOT a debt settlement company although we do settled debts. We work differently. After enrolling with us and providing a Power of Attorney we work directly with your creditor or collector to negotiate the lowest possible settlement and most favorable terms for a pay off of that account. You pay us a small flat fee per account and remain in control of the entire process, including giving your final approval of the terms of the settlement. You, the consumer, then pays the creditor/collector directly. Unlike a debt settlement company you keep control of what your payoff is and know exactly how much you are paying for the negotiation. Where a debt settlement company charges thousands of dollars, we charge as little as $250 per account.
