How does the Ranking Chart work?


The Ranking Chart helps enlisted companies get ranked according to the total points they earn on the basis of their profile, service feedback and accreditation. The maximum points a company can earn is 1000. Check out the 4 steps to follow once you register and enlist your company in the Ranking Chart.

Step 1: Add your company details (Score 250 points)

  • About company
  • Company work area
  • Company contact details
  • States where the company is licensed to operate

Step 2: Describe your company fee structure (Score 100 points)

Every company adding the company fee structure gets 100 points. Updating the fee structure also helps a debtor find the company which he can afford to pay.

Step 3: Provide your client testimonials (Score maximum 200 points)

Companies can send their client testimonials (in video or picture/image format) to Jason [jason(at)debtconsolidationcare.com]. A company earns:

  • 5 points for each video testimonial.
  • 2 points for each picture/image testimonial.

Step 4: Share company accreditation (Score maximum 450 points)

Companies earn points based on the following accreditations:

  • BBB (Better Business Bureau) - A company earns:
    1. 100 points for A rating by the BBB.
    2. 50 points for B rating.
    3. 10 points for C rating.
    4. 0 points for other ratings.
  • American Bar Association (ABA) - A company earns 100 points for being a Bar member.
  • D & B (Dun and Bradstreet Corporation) - Add 75 points to your account.
  • IAPDA ( International Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators) - Score 75 points more.
  • TASC (The Association of Settlement Companies) - Earn 50 points and raise your score.
  • USOBA (United States Organization for Bankruptcy Alternatives) - Score 50 points.

How are the companies ranked?

Our system adds up the total points earned by each company. Based on the total number of points assigned, companies are ranked as "Gold", "Silver" or "Bronze".
