If you forget to file all your w-2's one year can u go to jail?

Was the income over $600? You aren't going to go to jail for forgetting to add a W2, IF they find out you will just have to payback any refund overages with interest. If they discover it or you are audited by chance. There are certain things they will red flag a person for an audit. But I don't think you've done anything like that. You won't go to jail, just be made to payback refund overage (If there was an overage paid to you, you may have even cheated yourself out of a bigger refund)

Trust me I don't think you have any red flags. Such as, putting way more in your bank account than you actually claimed to have earned. For example: You claim to have only earned $35,500 but you deposit throughout the year in excess of that, that would be a problem for you. You are not going to get arrested or go to jail. You will be fine.

Thanks you are so great oh i got express cash to write my balance off.... And emerald is being nice to though they still want me to pay i sent them my state laws... And pd ok was supposed to debit my acount but they didnt and onclick cash says i have to pay 150 by 11/30/06 or i will be sent to collections they can kiss muh u know wat!
