Do I have to give up all my cards? Can I combine the high interest ones only? I no longer shop like I used to I just no longer spend .

Jerijo - welcome to the forums! It can take 2-4 days for someone to contact you regarding the debt counseling. If you can hang in there a couple of days, you should be hearing from someone.
