Someone stole a personal check from me. took it to Bank of America was able to cash it for the amount of 750.00 was written in words as seventy hundred fifty dollars. Without endorsing the back, no thumbprint no I.D information and the check was signed on the left hand side in the (for) space. The kicker the bank paid the check and then it got missed by the printer. The back is totally blank. I did not find out til I checked my account balance. When the check arrived at my personal bank they did not contact me. My personal bank refunded the 750.00, but I would like to know what can I do to hold Bank of America responsible for cashing this check and letting it go thru without following the proper percedure?

No. You cannot be arrested for a debt. Debts are civil matters, not crimes. Do you have an outstanding payday loan? Perhaps from an online loan company?
