My husband is receiving calls from a company call BCN claims, They keep saying that he has a civil claim filed against him, they are located in North Carolina, we live in California, we have no idea what it is about. I called our local courthouse, there is nothing on file on him. Now they are saying the local sheriffs dept wil be going to his job or coming our home... Please can any give me some advise? Thanks

sounds like a total bottomfeeder.you proved there was no civil case.so they backtracked.if they won't give you anything but threats.tell them you demand something i writing.then hang up on them.don't let them get to you.that is the way bottomfeeders operate.
