Account Numbers  The company maintains account numbers in 16 digits beginning with 719 and 720
Notes  Before 1st April 2000,annual percentage rate is reduced to 6% and after 1st April 2000 the annual percentage rate is reduced to 9%. HRS will only contribute to Fair Share on counseling firms that are accredited.
