Re age  After 3 payments are made on an accepted proposal the accounts are re-aged.
Acceptable Payment  2.08% of balance or $10.0 is the minimum acceptable payment to be made by the customer.
Account Numbers  8 digits 9 digits 10 digits 11 digits 12 digits 13 digits and 15 digits account numbers are maintained by the company.
Notes  The company waives over-age/ late fees. Re- ageing of accounts is done once a year,and twice in five. The company pull accounts from collection agencies. Some of these accounts were sold to Bank One - First USA. Clients have been notified and given updated account number. If Citibank accepted a client\'s account, Bank One will recognize and honor the benefits. If Citibank did not accept a client, Bank One will then request a new proposal sent to them.
