Company/Individual reported: credicure
Credicure and the law offices of Brennan deducted money from my account without any previous notification as required by contract. Both offices have not returned my calls,faxs, or e-mails. They are totally non reliable, non responsive, and ethics are highly questionable.

Hi, welcome to the forums!
Could you please provide a little more detail to your statement? Based on the information, it sounds as if you had an original contract with them? Do you have a copy of that? I would read through the terms, and see what they are allowed to do with your bank account. If they truely were unauthorized, and you're considering this theft, then you should contact your financial institution and your local police station.
Keep an eye out on your credit report to see if they have added any negative information to your file.
