I don't know if you remember, but I was spooked about getting arrested for my debts since I had a court date for tickets (traffic). I got there yesterday, and it was all very straight and to the point, none of my debts showed up, just the tickets. I got there, paid, and got out. Aside from the 300+ people there from the layover (holidays), everything went smoothly. How was everyone's holiday season? What's your resolution? Mine is to lose 60 lbs little by little and get out of debt (or pay off a bunch). What about you all's?
PS: Thanks for everyone for their support, I really appreciate it, I feel like a weight is off my shoulders with that court date gone.

Nice to hear that you are feeling better with the court case withdrawn. Concentrate towards paying your debts. Your credit will take a good turn and you will get nice offers from your future lenders.

I do need help. I have arrangements with my PDL companies for $50.00 and then $30.00 on the 15th, but I need to pay other bills as well. What steps should I take to either consolidate or pay back some stuff?

I will divide the debts into two. I will prefer those having huge balances to be put in a consolidation / settlement program. And keep paying the remaining accounts on your own. Maybe, these accounts with regular payment history will be of great help in case of emergencies.
