I've spent a lot of time online researching credit repair programs. You have to read and research...there's so many out there. One of the debt relief solution programs I found was attorney-driven, so you can be assured that the legal perspective has been covered. I hope this helps.

I have been using Credit Keeper almost 4 years now. Wouldnt have any other service. $9.99 is not bad to pull your credit every month and not get a hit on your credit. Credit Keeper is so accurate. Just as accurate as the credit is on your bureau. My score is usally only about 2 points lower in credit keeper than it actually is. If you want scores thru the credit bureau they charge you each month. Credit keeper gives me all that. And the simulation lets you know where your score will be when you pay bills. TRUE credit from Transunion was 2 months behind on my credit bureau. Even though it comes from Transunion its behind. Free Credit Report.com, I dont like paying $24 a month to see my credit. Love Credit Keeper and will always keep it. The tracker there from Experian lets you see your new score before you get your new report. Credit keeper does not proclaim to do credit repair or consolidation, its a way for you to see your credit. I love it.

CreditKeeper - Are consumers satisfied with the program? I have used CreditKeeper for several years. I have never had a problem with them as far as billing. They guided me to forms and let me correct some of the mistakes on my report. The thing that has helped me the most is helping me understand how and what affects my credit score. Things I thought would help my score actually hurt it. Once I read some of the information provided by CreditKeeper, I knew what to expect and how long it should take to get my score back up. Instead of reading a blog, see if you can get a 30 day trial and take a closer look at what they have to offer. And no, I don’t work for them. I have used them and found they really are worth the $9.00 a month.

I have been battling with Credit Keeper for months now and I'm thinking about calling the State Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission. The problem began when I changed banks and entered the new bank account info on their site. Credit Keeper cancelled my account citing billing issues on Aug 17, then billed my new bank account on Aug 27. They have continued to bill my bank account every month. I have called numerous times to try and correct the problem but I'm told that my account is not being charged and that they were showing a "credit" to my account every month. One of their reps actually suggested that I was mistaking the credits for charges. I have sent bank statements to prove the deduction. The DEBITS clearly show HSBCCreditKeeper on the bank statements, so there is no mistake in who is charging my bank account.

As far as I'm concerned, this is Fraud and Theft. I am being charged for a service that I'm not receiving and this company has made no effort to stop it as of today. I have thought about having my bank reject transactions from Credit Keeper, but I'm still waiting for an actual CREDIT from them.

For those of you who have had good service, keep your eyes open and your fingers crossed. Good luck if you have any issues, these people are difficult to deal with.

For anyone else out there who has had the same or similar issues, perhaps we should try some kind of action on a large scale. Maybe then someone will pay attention.

I have had CreditKeeper for 4 years. I love the service. I would not use any other credit monitoring site. I find that the credit reports are current. I have tried other services. The one I chose from Transunion was behind on their reports and this was supposed to be from Transunion. The report was older than the one I paid for from transion. I have never had a problem with CreditKeeper. The site does not state that they are a credit repair site. The state they are credit monitoring. This is two different things people. Some of the other sites are charging $25 a month. This site is good. My first month was free. I cancelled once and then rejoined. My first month was free again. I did not cancel because of the site. I cancelled because I was off work. I joined CreditKeeper again and again got the first month free. My reports are updated and there each month with no problem. My reports match the credit bureaus reports exactly and the scores are so close to the credit bureaus scores, only a few points off. I love this service. I have to pay almost 7 or 8 dollars to get my score from the credit bureaus. With this site I get it for free. So dont badmouth CreditKeeper. If you are looking for credit repair then you don't need a monitoring service anyway.

If these credits are not to be taken for charges, what do they actually stand for? Did the rep try explaining that to you?

Did you try contacting the reps after dispatching your statements? I'd be waiting for a new explanation this time. Have you consulted your bank about rejecting such transactions?
