I found VISDSNB on my credit report

What is VISDSNB? I found this on my Credit Report but don't have a clue if this is a bank name or what. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks!

It's an account related with Macy's. Call 1-866-593-2543 and request them to verify the account. They need to provide all the info about the account and prove that they are authorized to hit your credit copy. If nothing comes verified, put a written dispute with the credit bureau and send a copy to the credit company. The unauthorized item needs to be removed within 30 to 60 days.

Have you opened an account with Macy's? It's been reported on this forum that Macy's and some other retailers will open both a store-brand account and a Visa account when you apply for the store card.

VISDSNB = VISa, Department Store National Bank
