Where do i start to try to fix my credit? i owe hospital bills.i owe child support and a couple of other bills. Please help....

Start by getting a copy of your credit report from the three credit reporting agencies (Experian, Equifax, Transunion)to see where you stand. Contact the creditors listed to make payment arrangements to pay down the outstanding debt. Even if you can't send everyone you owe a payment, getting just one or two paid on will help.

You will know what needs to be done in fixing your credit. How much do you owe in total? Pull your latest credit copies and get the names of all your creditors with whom you have the dues. Start calling each of them and work out payment arrangements. Once the accounts are paid off, they will update with the bureaus and your credit will take an improved turn.
