I was diagnosed bi-polar 4 years ago, now seems like my debt
ratio has gone south. I have not been able to find a job since I went on as an outpatient at the V.A. Hospital. I was awarded
disability but it is not enough to pay all my bills and keep up.

Was traumatized in corps. What's a vet to do? How can
credit reporting be fair withso many people unenployed?

Any consideration of this question would be highly appreciated.
