the bad mark stay on your credit report for 7 years , the questions is : at what date we start counting .

There are several types of bad marks reported on a credit file. What kind of trade line are you inquiring about?

Judgements are unique in they can be reported one of two ways.Either 7 years or until the sol on the judgement runs out.Paid judgements are 7 years.
