I've got Bonwit-Teller showing up as an open account with a zero balance and no activity since 07/03. The payment history given on the report (as of 07.03 is all 1's). The phone number to contact the creditor given on the credit report is not a working number. I want to close the account, any suggestions?

This number will not help close the account since they are out of business. You have to contact the credit bureau directly
