My credit report and CACH
URGHHHHHH!
Ok so CACH was still showing my collection acct as not being paid. Which was paid in Sept 07 so i disputed it. I got the results back today and they changed the amt owed to "0" but the Status is D UNPAID Now what? How can they change the balance due to 0 yet still say it's unpaid?? I'm SO annoyed and it's too early to have CACH being a thorn in my side again! Help plz, Ang __________________

Ang I already told you to send the bureaus paperwork. I would also now send paperwork to cach informing them of their serious errors in reporting and demand deletion from your reports. Send the letter to their Colorado main office.

Ok maybe i'm confused again, as usual. Equifax does NOT show any public records on my report! I thought u meant for me to send the vacated judgement to the other 2 who ARE reporting it.... (which i did) did i misunderstand?? Sorry for being so naive about all this.... i'm trying to learn but feel like i need the short bus!
Thanks for all ur help Cajun, Ang __________________

For the public records send to bureaus showing it. For cach's trade line send a letter to main office in Colorado outlining their continued violations in reporting and that they should remove account since these violations can be actionable in court.
