I have a charged off balance reported 3 times on my CR as a: judgment, negative account, and closed account.
When I apply for things, it gets confusing and they won't take it my word for it when I say that the judgment is the same thing....just look at the balance!
Should I dispute..so one of them can disappear off my CR?

You might have some success disputing the creditor/collection agency entries. I do not think you would have any kind of success removing the judgment.

Similarly to that, I have a few accounts on my credit report for collections that don't have a creditor listed. How could I possibly go about finding out who those creditors are?

Demand proper validation from the collection agencies.

For the collection accounts with no creditor appearing - if you mean there is no company listed at all on your credit report, just a collection with a blank company (I have seen this before), dispute it with the credit bureau and demand they either provide a company name, contact and address or delete the entry from your file.
It is possible that it could be a medical account and the name of the company would provide information as to the type of medical condition (i.e., Cancer Center of America would indicate that you might have cancer) which is a violation of HIPAA. In a case such as this, the credit report should just indicate "Medical" as the company name but sometimes will appear as a blank entry. Probably a data entry error on the part of the credit bureau.
