Judgments are public records and the two ways I am aware of are repeated disputing and having court vacate the judgment. To vacate the judgment the plaintiff or you can file a motion to set it aside and if both parties agree to it the judgment is removed as it never existed.You would then send a court certified copy to the credit bureaus and demand removal. _________________ Cajunbulldog
