What steps should be taken in attempt to clean up your credit yourself? Besides pulling your credit ans sendind disputes, what else needs to be done?

Once you have some successes in getting rid of bad accounts,you will need to start slowly adding good accounts to offset the bad & raise your scores.

How can I get a judgment that's on there removed that's also paid?

Judgments are public records and the two ways I am aware of are repeated disputing and having court vacate the judgment. To vacate the judgment the plaintiff or you can file a motion to set it aside and if both parties agree to it the judgment is removed as it never existed.You would then send a court certified copy to the credit bureaus and demand removal.
