Can anyone recommend one that they have or know someone who has experience with?

Why not do it yourself? It's not really that difficult but it can take a considerable amount of time. In 1 year I have been able to raise my FICO from 529 to 681 by disputing inaccurate info, paying off old charge offs via PFD, opening $13,000 in new tradelines and PIF everymonth.
