I disputed various information on my 3 bureaus on 09/09/07. There were 17 total disputes. 3 have been resolved. If they other 14 aren't resolved by next Wednesday 10/10/07, they must immediately be deleted right?

Depends on which report you are disputing from.On the free reports they are allowed 45 days.On the purchased reports they are allowed 30 days.

Oh ok, these were free ones but the dates they listed were 30 days. It says "investigation to be complete 10/09/07" or something to that effect.

The Fcra states 30 days but the facta amendment gives 15 extra days if they wish to get picky about it.
