Dear sirs, I would like to ask why I am in Equifax with a negative account at Macys, I never had this card, it says i had credit for $500 I did not paid it

You should report this wrong information to Equifax in writing and attach document copies in support of your claim. In this dispute letter you should clearly indicate the dispute areas, state the actual facts, explain them and request them to make correction to your credit report.
In response to this Equifax will investigate into the matter and if they find your claim to be true then they are obligated to remove the wrong information from your report.
