Experian in my opinion is a fradulent business with no legitmate telephone or fax numbers and while they pretend to be a Credit Bureau they seem to be fradulent. The people seeking information about other credit bureaus should also know that when you call Trans Union your call is routed outside of the United States of America; while when I called Equifax I actually got a live human being who stated she was located in Atlanta (and I believe her, she had quite the southern accent and there was no denying that she was in Atlanta)

I'm not sure if this will help anyone i have been trying to get a live person for over 2mths if you dial the 714-830-7000 ( do name spelling) i sat on the phone just spelling out name for 5 min i finally got summers and left a message for her spell out summers hope it helps you all

Experian sucks!!! Do not give them a credit card number, I order my credit report, back in June, they been charging me 14.95 for three months, Looking over my statement there was this 14.95, I tried calling all the numbers on this site the only number works and you can get a live person at this number 1-714-830-7000, You would think with the world like it is , they wouldn't steal form working people. by the way, they would only credit one month, what joke no what a thief.....

Here's the phone number to Experian, Allen, Texas ...PAT- Manager of Operations -she over the call center and the she's the top executive - thank GOD! (972) 390-3912. She seems nice and the other phone number - Pete McCallum (972) 390-4183- he supposed to handle credit reports and Consumer Assistance. I been dealing with idiots in the call cente and dumb supervisors like Karen, Mrs. Ford, Mrs, Jones, and reps like Crystal, Lorraine, Janice, Vicky, Veronica and other who are too dumb 2 name.

I've been disputing a charge on my credit reports for three years. This was involving a card that was never activated by me, yet I was continually billed monthly for late fees, eventually ending up in Court!!! The credit bureaus kept "verifying" it as mine!!!!! Finally, I contacted an attorney specializing in this type of illegal and deceptive debt collection practices, LEMBERG & ASSOCIATES. I believe they have offices in many states. They resolved the issue with the debt collector, however, Experian still refused to remove it from my credit report. I contacted the Attorney General's Office who wrote to them. Still, they refuse to remove it. I disputed this again and it has again been verified as true!!!!! I am at my wits end. This company should be out of business. My next step will be a certified letter to the FCRA and a formal complaint. I finally got through to a real person and was given the wrong address to mail documents; they were returned to me "addresssee unknown"!!!
