Reading through this thread, and I got to wondering... What's available for credit-repair purposes as far as either:
1 - A secured card without fees that'll rip the wallet off a parson's ass, or
2 - A low-limit card with more relaxed qualifications.
I'm sure there are lots of folks here that could benefit from knowing. Come on, y'all. Post'em if ya know'em.

With a low limit card it is better to read the fine print to know the difference between the good, the bad, and the ugly in the credit market.

I would like one that does not go in and raise your rates over something totally unrelated to the card itself.
