I lost my debit check card from my bank  I called the bank to report it.. When I asked for my Transunion report I saw that the Bank did a hard pull on report! Is this normal?? They did not ask or anything?? About a credit check??

Yes call the bank, it should not affect you negatively. Not even a lost credit card should. Keep any eye on all three of the reports, be patient but persistent.
