I filed a chapter 13 Bankruptcy that was dismissed before it even got off the ground. This was because I lost my job and could not do the repayment plan. I was advised that the credit bureaus should remove this from my credit report because it was not a true bankruptcy. One agency has deleted it - but it remains on the other two even though I have sent letters. One agency also has numerous errors in addresses I have lived at and spellings of my name (making it look like I use alias's) I cannot seem to get these inaccuracies off my report. What to do?

It just puzzles me - because it looks like a true bankruptcy on my file - when in fact it was never processed. Can I put an explanation in my file?
